課程概述 |
本課程將探討科技研究人員之資訊需求與資訊利用，了解科技資訊之傳播與擴散，並將科技資訊資源分為生命科學、物質與數學、工程和健康科學四大領域詳加介紹其利用之紙本與網路資源。同時藉由課程中所邀請到的各學門領域之學者專家之研究分享與科普閱讀，熟諳學科知識與研究特性，透過作業演練強化各學科資料庫與搜尋引擎之檢索技巧。 |

課程目標 |
21世紀是資訊世紀，圖書資訊學的學生肩負研究資訊、利用資訊、傳播資訊的使命，尢其是科技資訊更是與國家競爭力習習相關。
透過本課程的學習，同學可以：
1. 了解科技研究之特性與科技研究人員之資訊需求。
2. 熟諳科技資訊資源之類型與特性。
3. 善用各學科之各種資訊檢索工具。
4. 了解各學科領域習用之論文寫作手冊。
5. 針對各學科研究之特性與研究人員需求規劃資訊服務策略。
